What requirements must I meet to rent a car?

Be over 25 years old; possess a valid ID/passport and driver's license with 3 years of experience; guarantee with cash deposit/transfer or credit card amount of $450,000. On Porsche Panamera the guarantee is $3,000,000.

Can I cancel in cash/crypto currencies?

Yes, we accept USD, EURO, PESOS, USDT.

Can I leave a guarantee in cash or with a transfer?

Yes

How long does it take for the guarantee or difference to return to my credit card/bank account?

From 7 to 30 days.

Does the rate vary depending on the number of kilometers traveled?

No, lease considers unlimited mileage.

What does the cost of car rental include?

Includes free mileage, insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance.

how can I make a booking?

You can reserve through our website; via telephone or WhatsApp and in person at our office.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Yes, within a maximum period of 48 hours, prior to the reservation time.

What are the optional services?

8. Is the car picked up only at branches or also at the airport? Do they take it home?

It can be picked up at our Santiago branch; home delivery (with an additional cost); and to the airport prior coordination and during public service hours.

What type of coverage does the insurance provide?

Includes basic CDW coverage.

Can I use the car outside the country?

Yes, with additional insurance.

Does insurance cover accessories?

No. The insurance does not cover accessories, tires, rims, upholstery, glass or windshield.

Where do you have branches?

We have a branch in Las Condes.

Before delivering the vehicles, are they mechanically inspected?

All vehicles have their maintenance up to date as indicated and are carried out in agreed workshops.
